Organic food diet significantly lowers pesticide exposure study

Eating a mainly organic diet for just seven days can reduce pesticide exposure in adults by almost 90 per cent, a world-first Australian study shows. According to the RMIT University in Melbourne, the research is the first to compare the differences in pesticide residues in adults who consume organic and conventional food.
