Insomnia
Insomnia is a prevalent sleep disorder affecting up to 40% of the population. There are four types of insomnia: difficulty falling asleep; difficulty maintaining sleep; early morning awakening; or unrefreshing sleep.


Anxiety is a group of conditions characterised by excessive fears and worries that may be difficult to control.

Respiratory tract infections can occur anywhere in the respiratory tract (i.e. the nose, throat and lungs). The infection can be caused by bacteria, a virus or even fungi.

A complex interplay of environmental and genetic factors is involved. Associated with an accumulation of damaged molecules and impaired energy metabolism.
