Fish consumption relieves symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis

People suffering from rheumatoid arthritis may find relief from their symptoms by making fish a frequent part of their diet. In a study out of the UK, researchers found that a higher intake of fish may be associated with lower disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
