Aussies fat and not eating enough fruit and veg

Three out of five Australian adults are overweight or obese while less than 10 per cent eat enough vegetables and less than half get enough fruit for optimum nutrition. These statistics are some of the latest from the nation’s health report card from the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) - Australia's health 2014, released recently in Canberra by federal Health Minister Peter Dutton.
