Stir fry for one minute and then add the pumpkin, cooking for another five minutes. Add the asparagus spears, green beans and macadamia nuts. Continue to stir fry for another five minutes, and then add the soy sauce and honey. Reduce the heat and cook slowly until the asparagus, beans and pumpkin are tender – this should take eight to ten minutes. Serve on a bed of brown rice.
