Lynnette is an education professional specialising in learning and development, enterprise resource planning (ERP), HR and SAAS solutions. Lynnette has extensive experience in the areas of legal professional services, mining, construction, energy, telecommunications, FMCG and governance.
Managing Blackmores Institute’s operational and learning management system (LMS) teams, Lynnette is responsible for all operational functions from systems and solutions, to project deployments to data analytics. Lynnette is a passionate advocate for delivering a world-class digital education experience, and this passion can clearly be seen in the net promoter scores (NPS) and learner feedback since she joined the team.
