Tea drinking reduces neurological disorders

The humble cup of tea may have hit the highlights with research showing a decline in the incidence of neurocognitive disorders through regular tea drinking.

Researchers at the National University of Singapore have shown that among elderly Chinese people the incidence of neurocognitive disorders was lowered by tea intake independent of other risk factors.
