Winter is upon us and while many brace themselves for the cold weather, as healthcare professionals we brace ourselves for the cold and flu season.

At Blackmores, it’s common for our Advisory service to see a spike in enquiries related to this topic. The questions we receive can vary from questions on drug interactions and herbal combinations, to simply “why am I constantly sick at this time and what can I do to get better?”

From a naturopathic perspective; winter is generally the most vulnerable time for our bodies - more specifically our immune systems, which leaves us more susceptible to viruses, and infection.
